BREEAM Industrial is used to assess the Enviromental performance of storage and distribution warehouses,light Industrial units,factories and workshops.

There are two main categories under this scheme:

Speculative.

The speculative category covers Speculative buildings with an unknown end occupier .

Fitted out.

this covers buildings that are designed and fitted out for a know occupier or for a building that is being fitted out with an unknown end occupier.
