BREEAM Healthcare
BREEAM Healthcare is the prefered enviromental assessment method for Healthcare buildings in the UK.
As of July 2008 the Department of Health require all new builds to have an "Excellent" rating or "Very Good" for refurbishment projects.

General acute Hospitals
Community and mental Health
GP Surgeries
