BREEAM Courts

The BREEAM Courts scheme was developed for the department of constitutional affairs to assess the energy efficiency of Courts in England and Wales.

 The following types of court can be assessed.

Crown
Crininal
County
Magistrates
Family
Youth
Combined Courts
Civil Justice centres

The BREEAM courts method comes under the BREEAM other buildings scheme and must be assessed by a licenced BREEAM Other Buildings assessor.
