BREEAM bespoke (scheme)

freephone

A Bespoke BREEAM assessment is required when a building does not fit into a standard scheme i.e. office, retail or the building is mixed use and cannot be split.

The purpose of a bespoke assessment is to allow buildings that do not fall under a standard scheme to be assessed. The method still uses the BREEAM structure, credit method and content. Credits are selected from a standard pool to provide content for assessment.

If you have a building that falls into this category we have the skills to assist you at all stages of a project.
